App QA on Real Devices

Just your app's App Store URL and an email address. No SDK to install, no build or source code to hand over — we obtain the app the same way any user does and operate it on a physical device.

We only operate the publicly released build on a device, as a normal user would; we never touch your development environment or production data. We do not complete any purchase or payment flow. Testing covers screens reachable without signing in.

It is a shallow pass over your main screens — up to roughly 10 screens, one free diagnostic per app. We disclose every finding and also report how many areas were left unexplored. For wider coverage, the one-off full sweep applies.

Our standard scope is what is reachable without signing in. If you want signed-in areas covered, say so in the Notes field on the form; we will review it and reply with whether and how we can proceed.

Testing runs on physical iPhones — not simulators — so your app is verified in the same environment your users are in. The exact device model and iOS version used are stated in your report. If you need verification on a specific model, the paid plans can accommodate that. And if Android support matters to you, let us know in the Notes field.

The PDF contains the run summary, the exploration path, the verification items per screen, each finding with reproduction steps and screenshots, and the complete step log — delivered as an email attachment. You choose the report language — Japanese or English — when you apply. The in-app language we operate during testing can be Japanese, English, or Traditional Chinese.

If we find nothing, we say so and still report the exact scope covered and what was checked on each screen — we never pad the count. Every finding in the report is manually reproduced on the device by a person before the report is sent.

The monthly patrol plan detects version updates and runs the tests again, alongside a scheduled monthly pass. Re-running the same steps as a regression check tells you whether a path that worked before still works. Beyond the free diagnostic, pricing depends on your app's size and the scope you want, so we quote each engagement individually.
